STEELWORK
For welded and special steel constructions we manufacture complete and sectional constructions with in-house or supplied design drawings. At the request of the customer these constructions can be submitted to independent classification societies e.g. GL and DNV.
We, the KOLLER Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, provide the complete range of services from design through prototype construction to series production.
We manufacture high-quality specialised welded constructions for demanding environments with qualified and certified employees. We concentrate on customised solutions in design and construction.
Our company is certified under DIN ISO 9001:2008, DNV and holds the major suitability certificate (DIN 18800-7 Class E) as well as various process certificates. Our authorisations cover gas-welding, MIG, MAG and WIG for sheet metal 1-160 mm. We handle regular steel from S235 through S690Q to 42CrMo4. Within the stainless steel sector we handle austenite, martensite as well as ferrite steel and aluminum.
Our customers have high quality requirements and are often international acting companies: Cameron, SMAG, Jensen, Renk and Weatherford use our products world wide.
Our strength is customised development and manufacture to meet the exacting quality requirements and standards of our customers. Our products include offshore containers and frameworks to DNV standards, subsea steel structures, structures manufactured from high-tensile steel to meet demanding conditions.
The regular testing and certification of our staff ensures the high quality of our manu-facturing process.
